This card uses the cute punch called the Bow Builder Punch. It is in the Occasions (Spring) Catalogue on page 13 and costs $22.95. I used this on another Valentine card to come this week.

Valentine Card Number 2
I did have to use some of my own card stock to make these cards but the results were great, at least that is what I think!
